EGG PANCAKES | |
1 stick butter 6 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan (don't brown) in 425 degree oven. Beat eggs and milk until frothy. Add flour and salt. Do not over beat. Pour in pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Eat immediately with butter and/or syrup. This turns out like a giant popover! Serves 4 to 6. |
