FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar, cocoa and butter. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour and fold in walnuts. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Top will appear to be underdone (falls in middle) but DON'T overcook. Should be moist and chewy. Ice IMMEDIATELY after removing from oven so the icing will melt into a shiny glaze.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. boiling water
2 tsp. vanilla
