MOCK PECAN PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. plain cooked pinto beans, drained and mashed

Mix all ingredients in order. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until pie is firm about 1 hour. You may use pecans instead of beans.
