FRIED ASPARAGUS 
Fresh asparagus, cooked until crisp tender
Flour seasoned with salt & pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Vegetable oil

Dip cooked asparagus in flour, then in salted milk and again in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil in electric fry pan for 5 minutes; turn and cook 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
