SPICY SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1/4 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. chopped green peppers 1/4 c. olive oil 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce 2 cans water 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste 2 tsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. celery salt 2 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. chili powder 8 drops hot sauce 1 sm. can mushrooms Brown the meat, onions and green peppers in olive oil in a large skillet. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 4 hours, adding water as needed. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked spaghetti. |
