RIBS FANTASTIC 
4 lb. beef short ribs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated celery
1/2 c. grated onion
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ribs in a baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, water, vinegar, lemon juice, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well, then pour over ribs in pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 3 hours, or until tender.
