COCOA GLAZE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Stir in cocoa and water. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens; do not boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, gradually add confectioners sugar; beat with wire whisk until smooth.

Super quick and easy, perfect for making something just a little sweeter. I used this on chocolate shortbread that didn't have enough sugar in it and it was delicious.

The problem with this glaze recipe is the milk solids. It isn't the confectioner's sugar, it's the milk. The flavor is delicious, so just pour the finished glaze through a strainer and discard the remains. It is delicious once it's been strained.
