GELATIN FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 pkgs. dietetic cherry gelatin
1 c. diet ginger ale
1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

Heat applesauce to boiling; remove from heat. Stir gelatin into applesauce; add ginger ale. Chill until slightly set. Pour into 8x8x2 inch pan or pour 3/4 cup mixture into 6 individual molds; chill until set. Cut into 6 equal portions or unmold individual molds and serve.
