CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 large can of Ortega green roasted chile and grated cheese. Use your own judgment as to how much cheese. Line a 9 x 12 inch casserole with chiles which have been cut in half and opened and all seed removed. Spread grated cheese over chiles. Repeat and make another layer. Beat 4 eggs well, add a can of Pet evaporated milk, 4 tablespoons of flour and spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until you can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
