RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. cream
3 c. rhubarb
4 egg yolks

MERINGUE:

4 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix 4 crust ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees until brown. Cook filling ingredients until thick. Beat egg whites and sugar until it stands in peaks. Bake until peaks brown.
