MINI MORSEL MUFFINS 
1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips

For topping, in a small bowl mix brown sugar, butter and flour. Stir in nuts and 1/2 of the chocolate chips. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with the sour cream. Fold in remaining 1/2 of chocolate chips.

Spoon into paper lined muffin pan. Filling each about half full. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of the topping. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
