2 sticks soft butter 1 c. sugar 1 (#2) can drained, crushed pineapple 2 beaten egg yolks 2 stiffly beaten egg whites 1 c. crushed pecans 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip Cream butter and sugar. Add drained pineapple and beaten egg yolks. Fold in egg whites, pecans and wafers. Form into small balls and refrigerate overnight. Ice with Cool Whip (may tint for colored balls). Sprinkle with coconut. |
