POTATO FLAKE CHICKEN 
1 stick butter
2 c. instant potato flakes
1 chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash chicken and cut up into serving pieces. Melt butter and roll the chicken pieces in it. Season the potato flakes with the salt and pepper and roll the chicken in the flakes, being sure to cover thoroughly. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until done. Let cool for 10 minutes and then serve.
