ELEGANTLY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
2 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green onions (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil potatoes in skins. Cool, peel and cut into julienne strips. In saucepan over low heat combine cheese and butter. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Fold in potatoes and turn into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees or until heated through.
