Cooked black beans with water
1 clove garlic
1 onion, chopped
1/2 doz. chopped carrots
Chopped celery
Pepper to taste
Chili powder
Oregano
Bay leaf
1/8 tsp. anise

Mix together and cook 1 hour. It's done.
