SCALLOPED CORN 
2 eggs
1 (8-1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8-1/2 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 sm. pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt & pepper

Beat eggs lightly. Stir in corn, sour cream and butter. Fold muffin mix and shredded cheese into mix. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
