BROCCOLI SALAD 
BOWL:

2 c. raw broccoli
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 red onion
1/2 c. grated cheese, sharp

BLENDER:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/8 c. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Wash and dry. Break or cut into bowl. Cook bacon and drain. Crumble into broccoli, peel and chop onion, add to broccoli. Add grated cheese.

Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Pour over broccoli and mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour. Can be made day before.
