TURKEY PITA POCKETS 
1 lb. turkey breast, cut & cubed
1/2 c. creamy cucumber dressing
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Alfalfa sprouts
Tomatoes, diced
Pita bread

Mix first 3 ingredients and spoon into pita pockets. Microwave on High for 30 seconds. Top with sprouts and tomatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
