CHOCOLATE WALNUT PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. each salt and lemon juice
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes until golden brown and set, but still moist. Very rich. Serve with vanilla or coffee ice cream.
