SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 sm. head Iceberg lettuce
1 head Bibb lettuce
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced cucumber
1/4 c. chopped green onion, (stems too)
1 orange in sections or sm. can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. peanuts
French dressing (tomato based style)

Wash and shred salad greens and place in large salad bowl. Add celery, carrots, cucumber, green onions and orange sections. Toss all ingredients together. Drizzle with your favorite French dressing and garnish with peanuts.
