MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
2 beaten eggs
4 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and baking powder. Let stand for 20 minutes. Scald the milk; add butter, 1/3 cup sugar and salt. Cool, then add beaten eggs. Combine all with flour. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll out 2 hours before serving. Let rise 2 hours, then bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. (Shape as clover leaf or pinwheels in muffin pans.)
