3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
About 1/3 c. evaporated milk

Combine sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat in milk until smooth and of spreading consistency. If icing is too stiff, add a little more milk.
