SPINACH-PEPPERONI PIE 
10 eggs
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 stick pepperoni, cut into sm. pieces
2 fried onions
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Hot pepper

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Grease pie plate (2) or large Corning Ware. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
