Use heavy syrup fruit only, save juice. 1 lg. can pear halves, quartered, drained 1 or 2 (#2) cans pineapple chunks, drained 1 or 2 (#2) cans apricots, cut in 1/2, drained (if you can find heavy syrup) Fresh strawberries (if sm., use whole, if lg. cut up) 3 bananas, cut up, refrigerate while & put in the last minute
Use only 2 cups of all juices mixed and whip in 1 small box vanilla instant pudding. Mix all together 1 to 2 hours before serving. Makes very large bowl Sweet Fruit Salad. (To keep bananas from turning dark, dip bananas in lemon juice and a little water before adding.)
