BEEF STEW 
3 lbs. stew beef
1 can stew tomatoes
1 can corn
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
1 stalk celery
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. rutabaga, chopped
2 or 3 carrots, sliced
2 beef bouillon
Pepper (black)
4 c. water

Clean and chop celery, onion, rutabaga and carrots. Wash beef and cut into cubes. In large pot add beef, garlic, black pepper, parsley, 2 beef bouillons, 1/2 teaspoon salt and water. Boil 1 hour on high flame. Add stew tomatoes, celery, onion, rutabaga, carrots, corn and cook until tender. Add potatoes, cook until done. Cooking time: total 90 minutes. You can use any veggies you wish.
