CHOCOLATE NUT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts preferred)
2 tbsp. bourbon

Cream butter, then add sugar. Add beaten eggs, syrup, salt and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. nuts and bourbon. Pour in unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
