FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. fruit cocktail with juice FROSTING: 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Pet milk 1/3 c. butter Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: Combine all ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup coconut and spread over cake while warm. |
