MEXICAN MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can refried beans
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. minced dried onions
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
Dash pepper
Manicotti
Chopped tomato
Shredded lettuce
Monterey Jack cheese
12 oz. jar picante sauce
Sour cream

Cook hamburger meat and mix with beans, oregano, onions, garlic salt, chili powder and pepper. Cook manicotti for about 7 minutes. Stuff meat/bean mixture into manicotti. Pour picante sauce plus a little water over stuffed manicotti. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Grate cheese and sprinkle over manicotti, return to oven until cheese is melted. Spread tomatoes and shredded lettuce over casserole and serve with sour cream.
