FRUITED ACORN SQUASH 
2 med. acorn squash (about 1 lb. each)
Vegetable cooking spray
1/3 c. canned pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1/3 c. chopped orange
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped pecans

Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Place squash, cut side down, in a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut each squash half into 2 pieces.

Combine pineapple and remaining ingredients; spoon evenly into squash. Bake 10-15 minutes.
