FOCACCIA 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt (or 2 1/2)
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. 105-110 degree water
1 yeast (or 1 1/2 tbsp. yeast)
2-3 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Press in circle on cookie sheet. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Poke with wooden spoon handle. Brush with egg and water wash. Sprinkle garlic powder, basil, salt (or Italian seasoning) or green onion. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
