FRESH FRUIT SALAD 
6 oz. honey
8 oz. orange juice
6 oz. lime juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
16 oz. sunflower oil
1/4 c. lime peel, fine julienne strips
1/4 c. candied ginger, finely chopped
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt to taste

TO PREPARE DRESSING: Combine and mix honey, orange juice, lime juice and mustard. Gradually blend in oil; add lime peel and ginger. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Mix before serving. Yield: 1 1/2 quarts. 3 lbs. apple slices, with peel 3 lbs. nectarine slices, with peel Garnish with shredded coconut

INDIVIDUAL SERVING: Arrange 5 slices each of orange and apple with 3 slices of nectarine on chilled serving plate. Serve with 1 1/2 ounces. HONEY LIME DRESSING: Garnish with coconut. Yield: 24 servings.
