FISH OR SHRIMP BATTER 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. ice water
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all dry ingredients together. Beat together liquid ingredients; add to dry mixture. Dip fish or shrimp in batter and fry in deep fat at 380 degrees.
