FREEZING CORN 
5 pts. corn, uncooked and cut from the cob
1 stick of butter
3 or 4 tbsp. of sugar
1 c. of water

Put all together in pan and boil 5 minutes. When cool, freeze. When ready to cook the frozen corn, place in small amount of milk or water. Salt to taste. I double my batches. 10 pints of corn. Really good.
