BEEF AND BROCCOLI SURPRISE 
2 lb. strip steak, sliced thin
Pam cooking spray
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Cornstarch and water to thicken
Frozen broccoli
1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
1 can water chestnuts

Brown steak pieces in Pam. Set aside. In separate saucepan, mix dry soup mix with 4 cups water and heat to boiling. Add meat to the soup mixture, after you thicken it. Add broccoli, Chinese vegetables and water chestnuts simmer and put on either rice or mashed potatoes.
