MARINATED ROAST 
1 (5 oz.) soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash onion powder
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash garlic powder
3 lbs. roast

Combine first seven ingredients, mixing well. Place roast in shallow dish, pour ingredients over roast. Cover, marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once. Bake roast in marinade at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove roast to serving platter. Serve with pan drippings.
