HEALTHY BRAN MUFFINS | |
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. salt 1 c. honey 2 eggs 1 c. each raisins, chopped dates and pecans 3 mashed bananas 2 tbsp. baking powder 3 c. PURE BRAN 2 1/2 c. skim milk 2/3 c. vegetable oil Mix all ingredients together and put in greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Yields 30. NOTE: After cooling, these can be put in the freezer and used as needed. 30 seconds in the microwave makes one ready to eat! |
