HEALTHY BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. each raisins, chopped dates and pecans
3 mashed bananas
2 tbsp. baking powder
3 c. PURE BRAN
2 1/2 c. skim milk
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together and put in greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Yields 30.

NOTE: After cooling, these can be put in the freezer and used as needed. 30 seconds in the microwave makes one ready to eat!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
