LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 bag graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 boxes lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 can frozen Milnot cream, whipped stiff
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients for crust. Press in pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on crust. Refrigerate.
