DIET FRUIT FRITTERS 
1/2 apple, shredded, or
1/2 banana, sliced, or
1 apricot, diced or
1/2 c. berries or
1/2 peach, diced
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. butter flavoring, optional
Cinnamon to taste
1 slice bread
2 tbsp. nonfat milk

Tear bread into bite-sized pieces and mix with other ingredients. Pour into a Pam-sprayed skillet and cook until brown on both sides. Yield: 1 serving.
