CHRISTMAS GELATIN 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberry/orange relish
1 c. crushed pineapple, with liquid
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts, optional

Dissolve Jello in water. Add cranberry/orange relish, stirring until relish is thawed. Chill until partially set. Fold in pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour into mold. Chill until set.

CHEESE LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipping cream (I use Cool Whip, but about 2 c.)

Dissolve Jello in water. Chill until partially set. Cream the cream cheese and add whipping cream until evenly mixed. Fold into Jello. Pour over cranberry layer. Chill until firm.
