BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Muffin tins
2 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large mixing bowl add all dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco with pastry knife. Make a well and add lightly beaten eggs and milk. Stir mixture by hand. Add blueberries. Stir in lightly. Drop in greased muffin pans and bake at 450 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
