CHICKEN WITH RAVIOLI 
1 cut up fryer
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. green pepper strips
2 (14 1/2 oz. each) cans beef ravioli in meat sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown chicken on both sides in the butter in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Add water, onion, garlic, and oregano. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add ravioli and green pepper strips and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings.
