COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 (15 oz.) can condensed milk
6 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients together by hand. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well- greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until edges are browned. Remove at once from cookie sheet to cool on wire rack covered with waxed paper. Moist and chewy!
