CHINESE BEAN SALAD 
1 lg. green pepper, sliced in strips
1 can yellow beans
1 can garbanzo beans
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 can green beans, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained

DRESSING:

1/2 c. cider vinegar

1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste

Marinate 12 to 24 hours. Drain dressing off before serving.
