CORN PUDDING 
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. canned milk (small can)
Dash of paprika
1 c. buttered bread or cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour or maybe just 10 minutes longer. Serves 5.
