QUICK PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour in 9 inch pie pan
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. ice water

Stir with fork until it forms a roll. Pat around sides. Use palm of hand to flatten bottom. Bake in 400 degree oven.
