STRAWBERRY PUNCH | |
1 pt. Brands strawberry punch 1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 pkgs. Kool Aid (strawberry) 1 (6 oz.) pkg. of Jello (strawberry) 1 qt. water 2 c. sugar 2 (10 oz.) cartons of frozen strawberries 4 bottles of ginger ale Heat pineapple juice (do not boil), gradually add Jello until dissolved. Mix separately the Kool Aid, sugar and water. Take pineapple juice off heat, add to second mixture, add punch, crushed pineapple and thawed strawberries, FREEZE (in cubes or solid block). When ready to serve let thaw out for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (in punch bowl) then add ginger ale. Makes 2 gallons. |
