PINEAPPLE GLAZE 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in crushed pineapple, lemon juice and prepared mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Makes 1 3/4 cups. Use as a side dish when you serve ham.
