SNOWBALL CAKE 
2 env. plain Knox gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 #2 crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 lg. angel food cake
3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 can shredded coconut
Maraschino cherries

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Cool. Add pineapple and sugar. Chill. Prepare 2 packages of Dream Whip. Add to pineapple mixture and stir until well blended.

Break cake into small pieces; arrange alternate layers of cake and gelatin mixture in pan and chill at least 6 hours. Prepare remaining Dream Whip spread over cake. Sprinkle with coconut on top. Decorate with cherries.
