COCONUT PECAN FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flake coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 sticks softened butter

Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla in large saucepan. Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and is golden (about 12 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and pecans. Cool until thick enough to spread, stirring occasionally.
