SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 lb. butter (no sub.)
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar, sifted
6 whole eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cram together butter and sugar. Add other ingredients and then add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream and vanilla.

Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in preheated 325 degree oven or until cake tests done. Cool 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
